Why Counselling?
There are occasions when life seems to be overwhelming. You may feel anxiety, fear, dealing with depression and grief, requiring addiction help, confused or just not able to cope with your present situation.
This might be because of difficult circumstances, difficult relationships, changes in your life or even that life doesn’t seem to be going anywhere. Despair may range from mild bursts of worry to the point where you may be working out in your mind how to kill yourself.
Life can slowly turn around as you share your thoughts with a counsellor and work together to tackle the challenges you are facing.
