Who is OneCare Geelong?

OneCare Geelong was established in 2009, and commenced operations at 61 Candover Street, Geelong West with the aim of reducing entrenched disadvantage in the Geelong area. OneCare supports programs that promote opportunities for social connection for those who are isolated or marginalised with the purpose of building community and restoring hope.

OneCare Geelong is a Public Benevolent Institution with DGR status, registered with the ACNC. OneCare raises financial support through Grant Funders, along with corporate and individual donors, to meet specific community outcomes through local service providers.

Currently OneCare Geelong’s Eat Share Thrive and COACH Mentoring programs are facilitated by OneHope Community Care, a ministry of OneHope Baptist Church.

OneCare partners to fund meaningful relational support, with the goal of transformational outcomes.

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which OneCare Geelong stands, the Wadawurrung people of the Kulin nation.
We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
