Mal has over 40 years experience in infrastructure development and funding, with a focus on customer engagement and business development. Mal is currently Investment Development Manager with AusNet, and is also the current chair of the Barrabool Christian Foundation which has a strong focus on sustainably providing funding for Australian and Overseas initiatives which support the disadvantaged. For more than a decade Mal has participated in development programs in Nairobi, Kenya, and is passionate about using his business skills to discover and facilitate projects which deliver meaningful change for those in need.

Andrew started his working life in the Banking Industry before joining Local Government. He has held different roles with the City of Greater Geelong for the past 25 years. Andrew has a passion to serve in the community both professionally and personally. He has served in various roles including Disability Advisory Committee, Homeless Action group, Community Project Control Groups and local school and sporting club committees. Andrew says it is important to see everyone connected and participating in Community life.
