Gabriel is a driven graduate with a Bachelor of Law from Deakin University, a Graduate Diploma Legal Practise from Leo Cussen Centre for Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations & Politics and Policy Studies. Admitted to Practice as an Australian Lawyer and Officer of the Supreme Court of Victoria on 9 April 2019. Broad range of legal experience in Crime, Child Protection and Family Law.
Assistant State Coordinator for Red Frogs Australia. Strong communicator and highly skilled in public speaker having prepared and delivered volunteer training and liaised with a community stakeholder and other and welfare groups.

Paul is a retired geologist who managed a vibrant consulting firm in Geelong for over 20 years. Since selling the consulting business Paul has continued work part time and has engaged with several volunteer organisations. He believes that building and maintaining supportive relationships is a key factor to personal satisfaction and business success.

Marilyn currently works at Deakin and other Universities teaching in Public Health and Nutrition and has previously worked overseas in refugee health in many parts of Africa with World Vision Australia. Closer to home Marilyn has been involved in community health and working with people with disabilities across a broad spectrum of disadvantage.

Fairness, equity and a good dose of compassion is her favorite recipe.

Liz is qualified as a Psychologist and Family Therapist and worked for more than 20 years counselling children, couples and families. She was employed as a school psychologist with the Victorian Education Department and also ran her own private practice. After all but retiring, she was able to step into the role of OneCare interim CEO for the latter half of 2019. Liz is passionate about families and strengthening relationships so together with her husband they regularly facilitate The Marriage Course.

Andrew started his working life in the Banking Industry before joining Local Government. He has held different roles with the City of Greater Geelong for the past 25 years. Andrew has a passion to serve in the community both professionally and personally. He has served in various roles including Disability Advisory Committee, Homeless Action group, Community Project Control Groups and local school and sporting club committees. Andrew says it is important to see everyone connected and participating in Community life.

Allan has been involved with multiple aspects of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WaSH) training and project implementation for more than 20 years. His interest and work in developing countries (emerging economies) commenced in 1992 in Uganda. Following three years there, he completed a Graduate Diploma in International and Community Development (ICD) at Deakin University. He then founded his own not-for-profit organisation, Living Water Development; and subsequently conceived and implemented a number of projects and programs and projects in Myanmar, Northern Thailand, East Africa, East Timor and the Pacific Islands.
